Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and results-driven SEO Specialist to optimize our websites to improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to implement effective strategies to drive organic traffic and boost our online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

o? ?Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve our website's search engine rankings and organic traffic.

o? ?Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.

o? ?Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, URLs, and content to enhance search engine visibility.

o? ?Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and provide regular reports on key metrics.

o? ?Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with our target audience and business goals.

o? ?Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

o? ?Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the market.

o? ?Manage local SEO efforts, including optimizing Google My Business listings and local citations.

o? ?Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, page speed, and mobile usability.

o? ?Build and maintain high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings.

Qualifications

o? ?Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably within the financial or banking industry.

o? ?In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, algorithms, and best practices.

o? ?Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

o? ?Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

o? ?Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.

o? ?Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic website development concepts.

o? ?Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

o? ?Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.

o? ?Experience with local SEO strategies and optimizing for the UAE market is highly desirable.
