About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

SEO Specialist

to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase online visibility.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, content strategy, and analytics -- and is passionate about staying ahead in the ever-evolving world of SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page & technical). Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization for maximum reach. Optimize website architecture, meta tags, URLs, images, and internal linking structures. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO best practices. Identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, etc.). Stay updated with the latest search engine trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices. Perform backlink analysis and develop link-building strategies. Provide detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of SEO, Google ranking factors, and web analytics tools. Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 15/05/2025
