What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing - Develop and implement innovative SEO strategies including off-page and on-page optimisation roadmaps - Work with operations expertise, involving direct involvement in every aspect of our SEO journey - Elevate our websites to dominant forces in organic search results - Directly manage and enhance partnerships with external SEO agencies, ensuring a cohesive and hands-on approach to our collective digital objectives - Utilise SEO tools to dissect and interpret data, converting insights into tangible, hands-on action plans - Complete detailed technical site audits, keyword research, and backlink analysis - Work proactively in solving SEO issues including crawl errors, site speed, mobile- friendliness, XML sitemap management - Continuously identify new SEO growth opportunities and keep up with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, competitive landscape, and new SEO tools

Requirements

Are you the person we are looking for? - Fluent English - verbal and written - 3 Years minimum experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful SEO strategy development - Experience in all areas of technical search optimisation - Knowledge of key SEO tools including; Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Sistrix, SEMrush - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously - Driven and focussed with great attention to detail - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Certifications in SEO or digital marketing (optional but preferred)
