Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits to ensure site health, indexation, and crawlability.

Content Strategy:

• Lead content strategy, ensuring it aligns with SEO goals and best practices.
• Provide guidance on content creation and optimization for search engines.
• Monitor and optimize existing content for improved performance.

Keyword Research:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.
• Implement keyword strategies across website content and meta tags.

Link Building:

• Develop and manage a link-building strategy to improve the website\'s authority.
• Identify opportunities for quality backlinks and partnerships.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and lead a team of SEO specialists or collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a SEO specialist role with a successful track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.

Education:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Certification in SEO or digital marketing is a plus.
