We have over 25 years\' experience within the cosmetic industry, working alongside world renowned plastic surgeons and doctors. We offer various services from hair transplants, cosmetic procedures as well as a number of Dermalogica service.

Now we are expanding our diverse team of professionals and are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team.

Job role:

For this position we\'re looking for someone who has extensive knowledge with SEO, SEM and digital marketing. As a SEO Specialist you\'ll be responsible for auditing our current marketing strategies and offering constructive feedback on how to develop and improve our current structure. Develop optimization strategies to increase search engine rankings. Assist with developing our SEO, SEM and marketing strategies to maximize ROI. Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting areas of development and creating solutions on how to overcome challenges. We\'re looking for someone who can assist with improving our PPC campaigns as well as being able to offer further feedback on how to improve current strategies regarding online customer acquisition and conversion.

You\'ll also be required to consult the marketing team on how to implement website analytical tools to optimize current marketing strategies (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

Job responsibilities:

As a SEO Specialist you will be responsible for;

• Creating and monitoring digital marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Hand-on On-page SEO and Off-page SEO experience.
• Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition.
• Carrying out Lead keyword research and optimization of content on the website and landing pages.
• Developing and implementing link building strategies.
• Managing website analytical tools: Backlink creation and conducting SEO audits.
• Conducting google analytics to assist with performance reports regularly.
• Finding the right prompts to generate high-quality SEO content on Chat GPT.
• Making interesting blogs by studying user interests and market trends.
• Planning & executing the online reputation (listing, reviews, brand mentioned etc.)
• Working with freelance editorial and PR company to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
• Recommending changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Contributing ideas and knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
• Maintaining the social media accounts and contribute ideas for social media posts.
• Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and changes in search engine algorithms to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Monitoring and reporting on key off-page SEO metrics, including backlink profile growth, referral traffic, and domain authority.
• Conducting competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for backlink acquisition and overall, SEO improvement.
• Developing and executing off-page SEO strategies to enhance the website\'s visibility and ranking on major search engines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

The ideal SEO Specialist should have:

Proven SEO experience

Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithm updates.

Solid understanding of digital marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

Hand-on On-page SEO and Off-page SEO experience.

Experience conducting on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition.

Experience leading keyword research and optimization of content on the website and landing pages.

Experience developing and implementing link building strategies.

In-depth experience with website analytics tools: Backlink creation and conducting SEO audits.

Experience in google analytics to conduct performance reports regularly.

Expertise in finding the right prompts to generate high-quality SEO content on Chat GPT.

Experience making interesting blogs by studying user interests and market trends.

Experience planning & executing the online reputation (listing, reviews, brand mentioned etc.)

Experience working with freelance editorial and PR company to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.

Confidence and the competence to recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Knowledge of up to date trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

Experience maintaining the social media accounts and contribute ideas for social media posts.

Experience performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.

Updated knowledge of the latest trends and changes in search engine algorithms to adjust strategies accordingly.

Experience with monitoring and reporting on key off-page SEO metrics, including backlink profile growth, referral traffic, and domain authority.
