We are hiring Digital Marketing Specialist for our primary care and premium care chain of clinics in Dubai & Sharjah. Preferring only professionals who can join immediately. Digital Marketing Manager (JD): - Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. - Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels - Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns - Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the services. Managing all Online Marketing Activities - SEO Campaigns - SEM Campaigns - Social Media Marketing campaigns - Email Marketing - SMS Marketing - Whatsapp Marketing - Working closely with Website developer & designer Responsibilities in details: - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns - Design, build and maintain our social media presence - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels - Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate - SEO & SEM strategy creation based on the Healthcare industry - Perform keyword research & analysis for all in-house websites & competitors - SEO day-to-day operations to grow website traffic & get high ranks - Coordinate with a team of IT professionals to help resolve website technical issues - Ad copy development, display banner & remarketing advertisement - Landing page optimization based on targeted keywords - Social Media regular post creation, posting & promoting camps - Prepare a monthly performance report - Produce ongoing SEO performance reports measured against ranking and traffic - Stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform SEO strategy and communicate these trends to respective center and our team members, focus on how changes can help improve results - Research, document and uphold SEO best practices and develop processes to use it properly on every level - Fix crawl errors reported by Google -Webmaster Tools, Page Speed Tool & W3C validation.
