We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented

SEO Specialist

with a solid background in SEO expertise, a creative approach to content optimization, and hands-on experience with

Squarespace

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to Gen Plus Group's offerings to increase organic visibility and keyword performance. Conduct technical SEO audits and implement on-site improvements focused on site structure, page speed, mobile usability, crawlability. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content development and campaign targeting. Collaborate with content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, and other digital assets. Lead link-building campaigns, manage outreach strategies, and perform backlink analysis to strengthen domain authority. Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, to monitor performance and generate actionable insights. Work closely with the web development and design team to implement SEO enhancements in Squarespace and other CMS platforms. Track and report on SEO KPIs, traffic growth, and campaign ROI with detailed performance dashboards. Stay ahead of evolving SEO trends, including AI search, zero-click SERPs, and Google algorithm updates.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in SEO with proven results Hands-on experience managing and optimizing websites built on Squarespace. Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools Experience collaborating in cross-functional marketing teams including content, paid media, and development. * Highly organized, analytical, and an excellent communicator.
