A Real Estate company in Dubai is looking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 6 years of experience with at least 2 years real estate experience. Requirements and skills:
- Proven SEO experience (Real Estate), and ensure the best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
- Develop and implement link building strategy.
- Managing all SEM campaigns
- Manage marketing campaigns budget effectively with quality leads,expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails. And extract emails for data from different sites and tools.
- Proven social media lead generation experience for international and local market. Expert level of various tools and methodologies of digital marketing (content creation , ads optimization, landing pages e.t.c)
- Well versed and experienced in campaign designs , social media posts , calendar creation , Content writing , research based creative content development and Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Digital Marketing: 6 years (Required)
- SEO & Marketing: 6 years (Required)
- Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
