We're hiring a strategic, execution-driven SEO & ASO Strategist to take ownership of our organic visibility across web, YouTube, and mobile app stores. This role is ideal for someone who blends technical SEO, content strategy, app marketing, and analytics into one powerful toolkit.
About the Role
As the SEO & ASO Strategist, you will lead the planning, implementation, and performance tracking of our organic marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI teams, content creators, and developers to optimize our discoverability and conversion across platforms.
You'll also play a vital role in our new website rebuild and the relaunch of our digital experience across customer segments (dealers, retail buyers, sellers, and exporters).
Key Responsibilities
o Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and content layers.
o Own the content strategy for the new website: keyword planning, site structure, URL taxonomy, and content briefs for multiple buyer personas.
o Collaborate with the UX/UI agency and developers to scope a scalable, SEO-friendly architecture for a multilingual, high-conversion website.
o Implement tracking KPIs and dashboards via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Tag Manager to monitor SEO performance.
o Lead YouTube SEO efforts: define video keywords, optimize titles/descriptions/tags, structure playlists, and improve discovery and engagement.
o Define and manage App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy across iOS and Android stores, including metadata, keywords, screenshots, video previews, and A/B testing.
o Monitor keyword rankings, CTRs, bounce rates, and organic conversion flows across web, YouTube, and app stores.
o Ensure effective multilingual SEO execution in both Arabic and English.
o Stay current on best practices in SEO, ASO, and content trends, and apply learnings to maintain competitive organic growth.
Required Qualifications
o 3+ years of experience in SEO and/or ASO roles, with measurable success in traffic and conversion growth.
o Fluent in Arabic and English - strong written and spoken communication required.
o Experience with content architecture, technical SEO, mobile optimization, and metadata strategies.
o Strong command of tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, AppTweak, SensorTower, YouTube Studio, and Tag Manager.
o Comfortable working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and marketers.
o Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to build and explain dashboards.

o Experience in the automotive, auction, or classifieds space
o Experience scaling app store listings and YouTube channels
o Background in editorial SEO or content marketing
