SEO & AI Visibility Manager

What You will Do:

Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives (crawling, indexing, site architecture).?? Optimize for Google and emerging AI-driven search engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode).? Design content strategies that perform well in AI Overviews. Conduct keyword research and build topical authority. Improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first indexing; resolve crawl errors. Analyze CTR, impressions, and AI-generated summaries; provide actionable recommendations. Recommend experiments based on emerging trends. Align SEO and AI visibility with overall brand and growth goals; use data to justify priorities. Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering; troubleshoot ranking and visibility issues quickly. Operate effectively in a fast-changing, AI-evolving environment.

Preferred Background:

Experience

5+ years in organic visibility with proven results in technical SEO, content optimization, and sustained organic growth, ideally across multiple markets. Demonstrated track record solving ranking/visibility drops with structured, data-led diagnostics and fixes. Experience partnering with product, marketing, and engineering to ship technical and content improvements at pace.

Hard Skills

Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO (crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data). Optimization for AI-driven search engines and AI Overviews. Analysis of CTR, impressions, and AI-generated summaries; ability to produce actionable recommendations. Tools: SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Profound, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio.

Soft Skills

Strategic thinker who aligns SEO and AI visibility with brand and growth goals. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across product, marketing, and engineering. Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where AI-driven search evolves rapidly. AI-driven mindset; takes ownership of building solutions with AI; uses AI creatively and challenges outputs.
