Role Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer who will also act as the Scrum Master for our Web Team. This is a hybrid leadership role combining technical expertise (hands-on full stack development, solution design, database management) with team leadership (scrum facilitation, mentoring, sprint planning, and delivery oversight). You will lead a small, agile team focused on building and maintaining our web platforms using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Next.js. You will also collaborate closely with the CRM team, DevOps engineer, UX designers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless delivery of features across the entire product ecosystem.


Responsibilities
Leadership & Scrum Master Duties


Serve as Scrum Master for the Web Team: organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the team adheres to agile principles while maintaining high productivity and morale. Act as a bridge between the Technical Lead and the Web Team, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Mentor and support team members (Full Stack, Frontend, QA, UX) to foster growth and best practices. Drive continuous improvement in team processes, workflows, and quality. Technical Responsibilities Lead development of scalable web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Design and optimize APIs, services, and integrations for scalability and performance. Guide team members in implementing SQL and NoSQL database solutions. Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in testing and DevOps alignment. Collaborate with the DevOps engineer on CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (AWS), and observability. Partner with UX designers to deliver visually appealing, performant, and user-friendly solutions. Work with QA engineers to ensure features are well-tested, reliable, and maintainable.

Requirements

Requirements Technical Skills


6+ years of professional full stack development experience. Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of modern web architecture, scalability, and security practices. Leadership & Agile Skills 2+ years in a lead developer or team lead role. Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile facilitation role. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of mentoring and upskilling junior/mid-level developers. Ability to balance hands-on coding with team leadership responsibilities.
