Company Context:
High-growth logistic group with EUR100m current revenue and a target of significant increase within 3 years, pivoting to an international wholesale model (multi-entity, multi-currency). The finance function is being re-shaped; the role reports directly to the COO with a team of 2 accountants based in France;
Role purpose:
You will own the accounting cycle end-to-end for the Group perimeter, secure month/quarter/year-end closes, lead financial reporting and tax compliance (France & UAE), and build a practical accounting dashboard for management. You will lead and develop the existing team and interface with external auditors, tax advisers and legal counsel.
