Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex software solutions.
Collaborate with the team to design and implement experiments, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Mentor and guide other developers, providing technical expertise and support.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Drive best practices in software development and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
Participate in architectural discussions and decisions.
Advocate and contribute to an experiment culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Technical Qualification

5+ years of experience in C# and .NET, with a preference for fintech industry experience.
Demonstrated expertise in mobile app development, covering the entire lifecycle from the initial code inception to deployment in app stores.
In-depth proficiency in Android and iOS app development, with a strong command of C#.
Extensive knowledge of Xamarin and similar mobile app technologies, proficiency in flutter is a plus.
Proven experience integrating RESTful services into mobile applications.
Solid understanding and application of app security practices, including code obfuscation.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and its functionalities (Repos, Pipelines, Boards).
