: Operates panels on Wellhead Towers including shutting-down/ starting-up, oil and gas well testing \xe2\x80\x8eusing test separators assigned to an Offshore Production Area, field changes, Choke adjustment, \xe2\x80\x8eChange orifice plates as required, Tops up chemicals, collects oil/ water samples, conducts \xe2\x80\x8epressure surveys and carries out annulus pressure surveys.\xe2\x80\x8e

The jobholder works on 12 hours duty).\xe2\x80\x8e

• Prepares the Wellhead Towers for routine/ planned maintenance and carries out first line \xe2\x80\x8emaintenance. Carries out infield oil/ water and gas pipelines cleaning and intelligent pigging \xe2\x80\x8eoperations.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Tours the Wellhead Towers daily to implements field changes, collects Oil/ water sample, \xe2\x80\x8econducts pressure surveys, prepares test separator for well testing programs and ensures \xe2\x80\x8eefficient operations according to prescribed conditions.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Records in a log sheet operating data such as pressure, temperature, levels of each wellhead \xe2\x80\x8etower including separators, scrubbers, gas headers and risers. Reports to Productions \xe2\x80\x8eSupervisor abnormal readings. Implements approved remedial actions immediately.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Operates according to established procedures, including starting-up/ shutting-down the wellhead \xe2\x80\x8etowers and adjusting associates chokes to maintains the required levels, flow rates, pressures \xe2\x80\x8eand temperature.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Prepares the wellhead towers and sub-sea pipelines for maintenance as per the established \xe2\x80\x8eprocedures when required, accompanies the Instrument/ Mechanical/ Electrical Technicians to \xe2\x80\x8eexplain defects/ faults ensuring safe preparations of equipment for routine planned maintenance \xe2\x80\x8eand test such repaired equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Informs Supervisor for the replenishment of stores stock items/ chemicals necessary for \xe2\x80\x8eoperating the wellhead tower & sub-sea pipelines, checks consignments and endorses loading / \xe2\x80\x8edelivery notes. Maintains adequate housekeeping according to Company\xe2\x80\x99s safety regulations.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Mixes chemicals to appropriate ratios and prepares doses for injections into productions \xe2\x80\x8estreams whenever required.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Reports near misses encountered with his day to day activities related to unsafe conditions and \xe2\x80\x8epractices. Prepares equipment for maintenance in accordance with established procedures, \xe2\x80\x8eCLIENT safety regulations and maintains adequate standard of housekeeping \xe2\x80\x8ethroughout the plants. Ensures adherence to Company\xe2\x80\x99s safety rules, procedures & standards.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Performs first line routine services greasing, lubricating, adjusting glands, tightening loose \xe2\x80\x8econnections, changing filters producing weekly chemicals stock/ consumption reports and \xe2\x80\x8epreparing isolation confirmation certificates ICC.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor, participating in training/ developing \xe2\x80\x8enew recruits/ UAE Nationals employees/ juniors. Carries out annulus pressure surveys as \xe2\x80\x8erequired by field supervisor and reports in a log any abnormalities\xe2\x80\x8e
