About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary

Senior Web3 Marketing Manager

to lead and execute our marketing strategy on-site. The ideal candidate has at least

5 years of experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 marketing

, with a proven track record of scaling user adoption, building brand visibility, and growing communities in this sector.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a

comprehensive marketing strategy

to drive brand awareness and user growth. Manage and execute campaigns across

social platforms, digital ads, and community channels

. Lead

community engagement initiatives

to strengthen loyalty and long-term adoption. Oversee

PR efforts, media outreach, and influencer partnerships

in the crypto/Web3 space. Develop and manage

content strategy

(articles, social posts, newsletters, educational guides). Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics with actionable recommendations. Collaborate daily with product, business development, and compliance teams to align marketing with business goals. Represent the company at

industry events, conferences, and AMAs

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience

in blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or related sectors. Demonstrated success in building

high-impact marketing campaigns

. Strong understanding of

crypto/Web3 ecosystems, communities, and culture

. Solid background in

digital marketing tools

(Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, SEO, analytics). Proven ability to

grow user adoption and community engagement

. Strong

copywriting, communication, and presentation skills

. Professional, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Fluency in English

(additional languages a plus).
