Senior Wall Painter
Responsibilities
Lead and execute wall painting projects on various construction sites, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Select appropriate paints and coatings based on project specifications, color theory principles, and client preferences.
Operate a wide range of hand tools and power tools such as airless paint sprayers, brushes, rollers, sanders, and scaffolding equipment safely and efficiently.
Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project scope and specific requirements for each job.
Perform related tasks such as trim carpentry, fixture installation, restoration work, masonry finishing, drywall repair, stucco application, and basic carpentry as needed.
Maintain a clean work environment by managing waste materials and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
The candidate must be able to speak English and make reports on inspections and carried out works.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
