Job Overview
As a Senior Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering seamless dining experiences to guests, guiding them through menu selections, handling payments, and ensuring their satisfaction in line with Jumeirah's gold standard of service. This is a key position within the resort's vibrant restaurant and F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally, escort them to tables, and communicate menu highlights
• Recommend food and beverage pairings and handle all order-taking with accuracy
• Manage billing and cashiering via MICROS and ensure correct transaction handling
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to expedite orders smoothly
• Maintain hygiene standards in service areas and prepare the dining environment
• Gather guest feedback and assist with queries or concerns promptly
• Supervise assigned sections and ensure smooth shift flow and team support

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or premium standalone restaurant
• Proficient in English; additional European or Russian language skills preferred
• Familiar with Micros and reservation platforms like Sevenrooms
• Solid understanding of luxury dining etiquette, upselling techniques, and guest engagement
• Experience in multicultural environments with a strong work ethic and team spirit
