For our BIG TEAM in Dubai, we are now looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Waiter with basic sommelier skills! ?
Your Goals: * Deliver an authentic and memorable guest experience, embodying the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality
Take full ownership of your section, ensuring smooth and dynamic service
Support the team with your expertise, acting as a point of reference and mentoring junior team members
Have in-depth knowledge of the food and wine menu to guide and advise guests confidently
Recommend thoughtful wine pairings and elevate the overall dining experience
Apply upselling techniques to contribute to the restaurant's economic success
