Our client who is a top tier listed entity in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a SVP of Organizational Development for the group
Role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organization development strategy that aligns with the company\'s strategic goals and long-term vision - Partner with senior leaders to identify key organization development priorities and design innovative solutions that address efficiencies - Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of organization-wide development programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic objectives - Conduct thorough organizational assessments and analysis using a data-driven approach to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Utilize insights to develop and implement targeted interventions and action plans - Facilitate strategic discussions with senior leadership teams to enhance change management programs, and drive alignment around organizational priorities - Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and research in organization development - Lead restructuring / spinoffs / mergers exercises at a corporate and group wise as required - Custodian of the manpower rationalization exercise, the organization structure, hierarchies, reporting line to maintain complete visibility on the resources allocation - Lead the manpower budgets across the group (permanent, fixed terms, outsources, framework) - Custodian of Emiratization strategies\' organic and nonorganic growth across the group - Liase with the Talent Acquisition team on the organic growth of UAEN based on the manpower plans
Requirements:
- Min of 12+ years of experience in a large organization - Bachelor\'s degree in business management or human resources - Min of 6 years of managerial experience heading an OD department - Field experience in OD, HR business partner, preferably private sector/consultancy/real estate - Proven experience in developing comprehensive HR strategies - Strong conflict resolution skills, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Excellent negotiation skills - Led and delivered a range of OD interventions with proven business benefit in a high performing organization
