We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President \xe2\x80\x93 Client Strategist to join our Wealth Management team. The role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is eligible for flexible work arrangement.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

The Senior Client Strategist will focus on selling BNY Mellon Wealth Management\'s full suite of services to ultra-high net worth individuals primarily through face-to-face meetings and networking with various sources by way of direct prospecting, cultivation of external referral sources, and networking with key influencers in the region. The Client Strategist seeks to help BNY Mellon grow its business by finding new clients whose wealth circumstances will be well served by BNY Mellon\xe2\x80\x99s unique value proposition in wealth advisory and planning, including solutions that bridge business and personal goals, private banking, investment management, and trust administration. The Client Strategist is assigned annual production goals and ranked against a peer group. Sales results will be based on client activity, ability to provide insightful solutions, and collaboration with internal partners.

The Client Strategist will be responsible for closing sales and the transition of day-to-day management of the client to the designated Wealth Manager while continuing ongoing engagement with the client. In support of BNY Mellon Wealth Management\xe2\x80\x99s team based model, the Client Strategist will focus on winning new business, maintaining client relationships, and leveraging best practices of an efficient sales process, including preparation and post-calls with their team surrounding client discussions. Additionally, the Client Strategists are expected to engage in marketing strategies, regional campaigns, hosting events in the community, and being active participants in local professional networks to build and maintain their business. The incumbent will seek opportunities to mentor and add value to other team members and their professional growth.

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:
  • Individuals should possess 10+ years of sales experience, relationship management experience, and/or demonstrated the ability to be a strong producer of sales records in the Wealth Management industry.
  • Successful candidates must have experience working with ultra-high net worth individuals, clients with substantial investable assets and senior staff of Family Offices.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial situations to propose the appropriate services to the prospect and the prospect\'s advisors.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Additional certifications and advanced degree a plus.
  • Business level proficiency in Arabic required.
