Accountable for the activities within the Employee Operations remit covering payroll, employee relations, public relations, and office administration to ensure smooth employee operations in line with Aldar\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures.
Oversee internal working and office protocols at the various locations in Aldar Square and all ALDAR offices across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, to ensure smooth business operations whilst maintaining a productive working environment.
Manage both internal and external stakeholder relationship to smooth and enhance the people operation process
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Implement and monitor the employee journey framework to ensure proper integration of the three verticals \xe2\x80\x93 Talent Relations, Public Relations,and Office Management.
Monitor and report on People Operations KPIs and initiative and ensure delivery as per the strategic plan / departmental targets, to CP&C.
Provide leadership and direction on the day-to-day operations of the HR business units on Payroll, Employee Relations, Public Relations, and Office Management.
Employee Relations
Oversee payroll and other employee-related payments activities to ensure timely payment of salaries and other advances, i.e., housing advances, school claims, etc. in line to Aldar\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures.
Ensure effective management of leave, health and insurance policies, terminations, and other employee-related processes as per the UAE Labour Law requirements and guidelines.
Ensure effective management of disciplinary process, grievance, etc., in line to P&C policies.
Conduct periodic review / benchmarks on People Operations P&P and recommend action plans to ED \xe2\x80\x93 P&C.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance, through partnership with the legal department, as needed/required.
Public Relations
Identify process the Employment Visa Process for current (renewal), new employees and dependent for immigration requirements (residence visa, Emirates ID, medical clearance, labor card, attestation etc.), with the 3rd party(outsource)
Identity process for the Business Travel Visa Process to manage and liaison with the third party (outsource) .
Identify process and the documents required for MOHRE Registration with the 3rd party(outsource).
Oversee the centralized public relations function to ensure effective management and time.
Manage end to end Golden Visa Process for the identified employees (Preparation of documents, validation and registration). processing of employee permits / visas. etc. & align with the employee journey requirements, with the third party(outsource).
Manage the establishment, maintenance, and renewal of trade license as to practice business activities legally in UAE.
Identify shortcomings and implement new processes and technologies to enhance the operations and maximize the resources, with the 3rd party.
Identify SLA framework and process with an KPI with all the above PR duties with the third party (outsource).
Office Management
Facility Operational Efficiency Soft and Hard services: Ensure the efficient operation of administrative processes while maintaining clear guidelines and regulation with internal and external stakeholder.
Stakeholder MGT: Promoting excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors, and ensuring high level of service quality, by Oversee, bid and manage all FM-related service contracts and vendors (FM procurement) to ensure that quality, cost, and performance objectives are achieved while securing WB from a risk management standpoint.
Resource and Facility Optimization Strategist: Manage soft and hard such as company vehicles, workspace, and office design to maximize resource utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources with business needs, by managing the requirements with third party or internally.
Facility Management systems: Strategizing and Integrating Technology Relevant to the Aldar facility management requirements and ensure all system within the
Aldar facility managed and work effectively as per the business and employee requirements, such as ID, electronic access with building management.
Strategic Support Liaison: Act as a liaison for business-related travel and housing services with suppliers and manage projects with utilities services and trade licenses to ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE: Min of 12+ years of related experience in HR Operations, Employee services and General Administration within a large organization preferably within the real estate industry. YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION : Min of 4+years of related managerial experience heading a department for a company with at least 400 employees. FIELD OF EXPERIENCE : HR Management, office management, facility management, employee services and HR operations preferably private sector / real estate or construction. TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Government relationships with regards any employees concerns such as MOHRE, Ministries etc.
HR Digitalization platforms, process or apps with regards reporting for the function or related to ER,PR and Office management
In depth knowledge of human resource management best practices within the field.
Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
Manage SLA and process within both the third party and internal team
Manage, update strategic initiatives and policies & procedures, within ER, PR and Office management
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) to effectively engage across the different layers of the organization.

QUALIFICATION Bachelor degree in Business Management or Human Resources CIPD, SPHR preferred.
