What this job involves

The Valuation Advisory division is core to JLL's business in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Market valuations, on all property types, are prepared for many of the region's leading property developers, investors and banks. All valuations are carried out in accordance with international best practice.

Reporting to the Head of MENA Valuations Division, the objective of the role is to provide self sufficient support in obtaining instructions, preparation of valuation reports, and interacting with clients at the highest level.

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following areas:

• Undertake complex valuations mostly using Argus Enterprise, Estate Master and Excel
• Write reports for loan security and transaction support purposes
• Execute valuation assignments including inspections, market research, valuation modelling and detailed report writing
• Carry out excellent quality valuations adhering to challenging deadlines
• Negotiating Real Estate Valuation instructions with prospective clients
• Conducting Site inspections
• Preparation of written Valuation reports, including financial analysis
• Presenting the Valuation report findings to clients
• Obtaining Client feedback

• MRICS qualified (1 to 3 years PQE)
• Knowledge of Argus Enterprise and Estate Master
• Microsoft office package essential
• Ability to work under tight time constraints in order to deliver high quality service
• Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent client skills
• Must be flexible and enjoy working as a team player
• Must have a strong verbal and numerical skills and be comfortable with report writing
• Must have strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Must be customer service driven with strong communication skills
• Experience across different asset classes
• Driving license
