Nair Systems is currently looking for Senior UX/UI Product Designer for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. Qualifications, Experience and Competencies: Bachelors / Master degree from a reputed University. Any certification in UI/UX Design. Skills & Experience: .Strong Technical knowledge required on the below tools. .Sketch .Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, illustration, After Effects) .Figma (Strong in Design System process) .UI Interactions in Framer Playground .SVG Animations .Prototyping in ProtoPie .Strong knowledge in UI/UX Design for Mobile Applications. .Strong knowledge in UI/UX Design for Desktop Applications. .Strong knowledge in UI Interactions. .Good hands on experience in UI/UX Design System. .Good experience in UX / UI Design Skills for Mobile & Web like Bootstrap, LESS, SASS, CSS3, SVG Animation & any responsive framework. Responsibilities .Strong design experience including UI interaction, UX and UI design .Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions. .Highly proficient with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools, ideally you will have used animation tools such as Principle .In-depth understanding of user centered design principles and best practice .Set design requirements based on information from business & internal teams, user research. .Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences. .Experience of collaborating with software / frontend developers. .Analyse how a new design satisfies market needs. .Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication. Key challenges in achieving goal(s) .UI/UX Design for Mobile Applications .UI/UX Design for Desktop Applications .Strong in UI Interactions .Build UI/UX Design System .Consultation with business to design the UI/UX as per their expectation .Managing competing priorities.
