The UX/UI Designer should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

Understand project requirements and concepts- Use various techniques to create drafts, models, and prototypes
- Consider the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualize original website and mobile application design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Communicate scenarios (hypothetical users), end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to other people working on a product
- Conduct user research and testing of applications, software and website
- Pitch creative ideas
- Consider existing applications and evaluating their UX (user experience) effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members to launch projects
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Create personas through user research and data
Requirements
3 years of experience with design software (e.g. InVision) and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, CorelDRAW)- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Artistic eye for design
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field
