- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input
- Develop and maintain an intuitive and cohesive information architecture for the WealthTech platform
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design into the development process
- Design visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance the overall user experience
- Create designs that are responsive and optimized for various devices, ensuring a consistent and delightful user experience across platforms
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system to streamline the design process and maintain consistency
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life
- Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to the team and stakeholders
- Stay informed about the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate best practices into our design processes
- Ensures development of compelling visual designs that align with brand standards
- Tracks user experience metrics and reports on the success of UX improvements, including analytics
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Design or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in designing user interface, conducting user research, developing information architecture, and designing software proficiency
- Experience in financial services, fintech, ideally in B2B context
- Understand the interdependence between customer needs, business expectations, and technical requirements and ability to drive a reasoned discussion on this subject and articulate the value of a design choice
- Ability to manage complex problems and able to deliver elegant, intuitive customer experiences
- Combined skills in User Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design
- Ability to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research and usability testing at various stages of the design process
- Skilled at creating interaction design solutions for desktop, web, and mobile applications
- Strong visual design skills, able to create compelling, branded, high-fidelity product screens
- Familiar working with design systems that consistently scale across platforms
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate the value of a design choice to users and non-designer stakeholders
