About the Company:

Role Overview:
The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead end-to-end design initiatives that improve user experience and conversion performance across Shopify storefronts. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving visually compelling and data-backed design solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and e-commerce strategists to translate brand goals into intuitive, revenue-driving experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, takes strong ownership of design systems, and excels at creating polished, high-impact interfaces tailored for e-commerce growth.
Your Impact::
In this role, you will enhance the performance of e-commerce storefronts by delivering conversion-optimized and user-friendly design experiences. You will directly support increases in CVR, AOV, and customer engagement by shaping intuitive flows, scalable design systems, and data-driven creative solutions. Your work will influence product quality, speed of implementation, and overall client satisfaction by maintaining design excellence and enabling seamless cross-team collaboration.
Core Responsibilities:
E-commerce UX/UI Design :
Lead end-to-end visual and interaction design for high-performing Shopify storefronts.
Create conversion-focused experiences optimized for CVR, AOV, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Deliver pixel-perfect, brand-aligned interfaces that drive measurable performance improvements.
Design Systems Ownership :
Own, maintain, and scale Figma-based design systems across multiple client projects.
Ensure component quality, consistency, and documentation accuracy.
Adapt and extend design systems to support diverse brand and conversion needs.
Research & Strategy :
Conduct competitive analysis, UX research, and inspiration gathering.
Use data and benchmarks to inform design decisions and creative direction.
Collaborate with strategists to align design output with CRO and business goals.
Client Communication & Presentation :
Present designs and articulate rationale with clarity and confidence.
Guide clients through decision-making and incorporate feedback effectively.
Deliver polished high-fidelity assets aligned with strategic objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with engineers, PMs, and designers to ensure accurate implementation.
Provide assets, specifications, and UX requirements for seamless handoff.
Maintain alignment with timelines, technical constraints, and project goals.
Requirements:
Must-Haves (Required):
5-7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, primarily within e-commerce.
Portfolio demonstrating high-impact, conversion-focused e-commerce work.
Strong experience designing Shopify storefronts.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Deep understanding of CRO, CVR, AOV, and UX best practices.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Strong ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across digital assets.
Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):
Experience collaborating with engineering teams to improve UX implementation.
Familiarity with animation or micro-interaction design.
Experience working with SaaS or Shopify-adjacent digital products.
