Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

:

The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for leading the design of outstanding digital products, ensuring they are user-friendly, effective, and appealing. This role involves extensive collaboration with product teams, including developers and product managers, to create intuitive, user-centered solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, excellent visual design skills, and a portfolio demonstrating a user-centric design approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Guide the UI/UX design process from concept to completion. Provide creative direction and mentor junior design team members.
• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and analyze feedback to understand the needs and behaviors of the target audience. Translate user insights into design decisions.
• Interface Design: Develop high-fidelity UI designs for a range of digital products. Ensure visual consistency across all product interfaces by adhering to style standards and best practices.
• User Experience Enhancement: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to propose and improve user experiences. Test and refine designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals. Actively participate in product strategy discussions.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies. Advocate for the adoption of new tools and practices that can enhance the design process and outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring high quality and adherence to user experience principles. Provide feedback and direction to development teams during the execution phase.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user interface design, user experience design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading design projects and teams.
• Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
