Job Overview We are looking for talented UX/UI Designer with experience who has a strong focus on data driven decision making and an empathetic lens on solving user-centric experiences. Our goal is to rapidly develop secure, scalable technologies to support the changing landscape of what it means to work. Due to growth, we are looking to add a UX/UI Designer that possesses strong experience with implementing and owning a product that is focused on rapid iteration and a tight feedback loop. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product, Engineering and Business. teams, while responsible for creating beautiful and intuitive solutions Refining of the visual experience with creative designers, strategy and technical teams Be the connective tissue across all devices and products Design wireframes and mockups that translate system requirements into highly functional, user-friendly experiences Identify and effectively solve for complex, user-centric cases Quickly become an expert of all things user facing Develop user stories, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user data/research... User Interface Design Be committed to superior quality in problem solving, conceptualizing interfaces, visualizing digital sites/apps, and understanding how each touchpoint is connected to the brand and the product experience Qualifications 3+ years working as a UX/UI designer or Interactive Designer (Experience in user networks preferred) Able to work across initiatives simultaneously and work efficiently. Attention to detail is paramount Expert knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-specific design patterns (iOS/Android) Passion for user experience, interaction design, service design and information architecture Strong visual design skills and experience working closely with designers and artists Excellent creative, analytical and process-oriented skills, as well as verbal and written skills Positive attitude and the ability to build working relationships across Creative and Technology/Development teams in a collaborative, dynamic and multi-disciplinary environment Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Sketch, Figma, Invision, or other related tools Arabic language is mandatory Job Type: Full-time COVID-19 considerations:
