In the role of a Senior User Interface Designer, you will play a crucial role in our Experience Design Team, responsible for developing innovative and original designs for a variety of projects. You will lead the direction and creation of intuitive and delightful interfaces, utilizing design, interaction, and motion principles. Working collaboratively within a team, you will connect brand identity with interaction flows to deliver a functional and aesthetically pleasing user experience.

As a Designer, you will report to the Head of Visual Design and collaborate closely with leaders from other disciplines within the XD Department. Additionally, you will work in close partnership with teams throughout the company, including Business Directors, Project Managers, and Developers.

Your Responsibilities:

Ideation

• Curate compelling mood boards that showcase design inspiration and vision
• Develop innovative design solutions for complex challenges
• Collaborate effectively with the team to improve interaction design with sound direction
• Conduct expert reviews and competitive benchmarking

Planning & Communication

• Plan visual design activities effectively to ensure project success
• Estimate work effort for projects based on briefs
• Work with project managers to identify and resolve roadblocks
• Run peer reviews with the team
• Participate in the learning culture
• Prepare and run client presentations and co-creation workshops

Creation & Delivery

• Transform brand identity into interface design language
• Use strong knowledge of typography, color, grid systems, layout, interactivity, imagery and iconography to create consistent UI designs
• Run informal usability tests to validate ideas
• Create detailed high-fidelity design prototypes and UI animations
• Annotate design files to ensure a smooth build phase
• Develop detailed interactive prototypes
• Create and deliver consistent UI patterns across digital touchpoints such as web, mobile, and wearables

• Is seen as the trusted advisor by his/her clients and has strong professional relationships across the business
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a client facing consultant role
• Delivered multiple digital projects end-to-end
• Work experience in an agency environment
• Strong skills in using Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
