Your role
Are you a talented Typographic Designer who is passionate about driving the Brand Strategy within the Global Forms (Interactive & Adaptive) space. Do you like working on interesting business challenges and do you enjoy being challenged and encouraged to learn and grow professionally?
You will be responsible for the implementation of interactive forms and legal documents ensuring the design is brand appropriate while identifying common patterns and making sure that identical parts are used in the same way across the entire UBS Forms universe (wording of labels, visual appearance, UX etc.). You will be supporting the implementation of interactive forms and providing Production Support.
We are looking for a Senior Typographic Designer (Agile Software Engineer) to:

You will be supporting the implementation of interactive forms and providing Production Support.
We are looking for a Senior Typographic Designer (Agile Software Engineer) to:
- analyse and interpret content and identify the underlying principles to re-structure information
- evaluate and approve Form changes and clarify form requirements
- provide design/layout solutions for Developers according to CI/CD
- provide guidance and expert advice to legal and other stakeholders on standards or technical systems
- maximise product value whilst being accountable for the product (keeping product in-line with strategy)
- maintain consistency and standards in dealings with a wide range of stakeholders in a sensitive environment with conflicting expectations and perspectives
- handling complaints and negotiating with legal and other stakeholders
Your team
You will be working in the Information Capturing & Processing (ICP) Crew and based in Doha, Qatar, which is part of the foundation stream of Client Document and Records Management. You will work within a team of developers and software engineers who work across various PODs of ICP to support the delivery and improvement of the Digital Mailroom Capturing and PDF/A converter service, Kofax Express and the Transformation API service.

Along with your team members, you will enable the transition from our classic products (PDF forms) to the new strategic and integrated suite of products (adaptive forms).
The crew mission is to become the global differentiator for capturing and processing of (client) information by offering innovative information services for integration & automation. The members of this chapter are working out of Switzerland, India, Qatar, Poland and Singapore.

Your expertise
- strong visual design background \xe2\x80\x93 outstanding knowledge in typography, composition and UX
- 8+ years of total experience with proven work experience as a designer or a similar position in the design industry
- solid knowledge in banking contracts, services and terms with confidence and the ability to convince legal and other stakeholders
- automation of client document processing solutions
- provide technical expertise and recommendations when assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
- play an active role in consulting product owners on translating OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) into backlog items and include architectural improvements into the roadmap
- familiar with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) international standards
- proven ability to come up with a design and seek agreement/signoff from all key stakeholders
