Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Travel Consultant with 4-6 years of proven experience, preferably working with clients from Dubai and the wider UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in international destinations, visa regulations, and crafting personalized travel itineraries that cater to individual client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with clients (especially from Dubai/UAE) to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget.

2. Create customized itineraries covering flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.

3. Recommend destinations tailored to client profiles (family, honeymoon, business, adventure, luxury).

4. Provide expert insights on global destinations, cultural highlights, and seasonal travel trends.

5. Advise on visa requirements and assist with documentation for various countries.

6. Manage complete travel arrangements, including last-minute changes, cancellations, and on-trip support.

7. Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel to foster long-term relationships.

8. Stay updated on travel advisories, tourism trends, and destination developments.

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in the travel industry.

Proven track record serving Dubai/UAE-based clients.

Strong knowledge of destinations across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and other key regions.

In-depth understanding of visa processes for major destinations.

Proficiency with online booking tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or certification in Travel & Tourism or a related field.

At least 4 years of experience in corporate, luxury, or group travel for UAE clientele.

Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
