Manage all daily operations of the travel agency office
Oversee and supervise junior staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training
Ensure smooth and professional handling of
Dubai visa applications, ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and tour packages
Maintain high standards of
customer service
and resolve customer queries or issues efficiently
Develop and implement
new office rules, procedures, and strategies
to improve productivity and attract new clients
Monitor and manage staff performance and attendance
Prepare reports for management on sales, operations, and staff development
Stay updated with UAE tourism regulations, visa rules, and market trends
Take full responsibility for the office in the
absence of the owner
Requirements:
Minimum 5-6 years of experience
in a
UAE-based travel agency
Strong knowledge of
inbound/outbound tourism, hotel bookings, Dubai visas, and flight ticketing
Proven ability to
lead a team
, manage staff, and provide in-house training
Excellent customer dealing and communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Experience in setting up internal
policies and sales strategies
is preferred
