Senior Travel Consultant
to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in visa processing, holiday package, and client travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end visa application processes for multiple destinations.
Design, price, and present customized holiday packages (domestic and international) based on client preferences, budget, and requirements.
Stay updated on global travel regulations, visa policies, and tourism trends.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering expert travel guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with travel partners and suppliers to obtain competitive rates and high-quality service offerings.
Maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and follow up with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth planning and execution of travel itineraries.
