Online Travel Consultant
to join our dynamic team in Ajman, UAE. If you have a strong background in travel bookings, customer service, and GDS systems like Amadeus and Sabre, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
Handle online travel bookings (flights, hotels, etc.) for corporate and retail customers Reissue and process refunds efficiently Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat Use Amadeus and Sabre to manage reservations and ticketing Advise clients on travel options, visa requirements, and promotional offers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Stay updated on travel policies, airline updates, and fare rules
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry IATA / Travel & Tourism certification is mandatory Proficiency in
Amadeus & Sabre GDS
Strong knowledge ofreissue and refund procedures
Excellent communication skills in English Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and multitaskJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
