Engage with clients via phone, email, or in-person to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Provide accurate information on destinations, travel products, regulations, and documentation requirements.
Itinerary Planning:
Design and book complete travel packages including flights, hotels, visas, tours, insurance, and transportation.
Tailor itineraries based on customer budgets and interests.
Sales and Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Upsell travel-related services such as upgrades, excursions, and insurance.
Booking and Documentation:
Process bookings using reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
Ensure all travel documents are accurate and delivered on time.
Customer Service:
Provide pre-travel advice and support.
Resolve any travel-related issues or changes efficiently and professionally.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on current travel trends, visa policies, and destination updates.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain customer records and booking data.
Prepare invoices and ensure timely payments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in travel sales or a similar role.
Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
Working Conditions:
Office-based role with potential field visits to clients.
May require occasional extended hours or weekend availability depending on client needs.
