Senior Training Specialist
Job Description
Participating in the preparation of operational projects for the organizational units under the department, ensuring alignment with the department's strategic plans.
Preparing and developing policies and procedures for emergency medical training within the organization in accordance with global best practices.
Providing technical support during the development of academic training curricula for all emergency medicine specialties.
Providing technical support in conducting training needs analysis studies in the emergency medical field based on employee performance evaluations and the approved clinical procedures manual.
Providing technical support in developing the required levels of emergency medical competencies for employees delivering ambulance services within the organization, in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
Providing technical support in developing the medical privileges matrix within the clinical practice manual for employees providing ambulance services in the organization.
Qualifications
Master's degree requires 11 years of experience in medical education, medical administration, or a related field. Bachelor's degree requires 13 years of experience in medical education or a related field. * Experience with the Dubai Government Human Resources Law and its related training manuals.
