Having Min 5-6 Years experience with Travel Agency at UAE Well connected to all Airlines at UAE (Legacy & LCC) Proficiency in Tour Packages, Airfares, Routings, Transfers, Group bookings, fare calculations, pricing, processing tickets, refunds, and exchanges Good knowledge of Air Fares Policies & Procedures Should have expert knowledge of Amadeus / Highly skilled. Knowledge of Tour products at UAE and Worldwide. Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Able to use current technology and easily adapt to changes in technology as they come. Must be able to thrive in an ever-changing technical environment. Proactive consultant - solutions oriented and accountable Excellent working knowledge of the travel industry, application of client travel policies, procedures and processes (including complex international reservations and changes) Excellent written, verbal communication (English & Arabic) Presentation skills Excellent skills to communicate well with Airlines, suppliers & customers Possesses the ability to thrive as a positive contributor in a high-touch, complex interaction environment Demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize workload Must be proficient in research determining root cause analysis Excellent innovator and problem solver Strong knowledge in conflict resolution, leadership strategies, supplier management & client engagement. Ability to work flexible hours and adjust shift as needed for coverage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
