Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) requirements for upcoming SCF project Create and execute test strategies, scenarios and test cases covering end to end workflow of the products, including client & mid office portal Support IB team on ensuring all the aspects of UAT is covered in conjunction with approved BRD/FSD documents Manage end to end defect cycle, defect reports, triage calls and ensure all defects are addresses and agreed upon Possess SCF knowledge & understanding to perform and Identify abnormalities/flow glitches if any, ensuring the product delivery quality is intact.

Own and lead the overall test management activities to ensure product quality, resulting in successful UAT closure.
Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.
Maintain test artifacts , evidences and defect tracker.
Ensure rigorous software and system testing, mitigating potential risks and issues.
Quality Assurance & Metrics
Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and processes.
Review functional requirements & identify gaps if any
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with development, product management, and operations teams.
Ensure seamless integration of testing into the overall project lifecycle.
Co-ordinate with relevant Vendor teams to resolve issues and challenges related to UAT.
Risk Management
Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to software and system releases.
Record defects in systematic manner
Data Management Risks & Issues Management
Strict adherence to corporate policies & procedures, code of conduct, and applicable laws & regulations, to safeguard the customer interest, and Bank's reputation.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale testing projects.
Advanced degrees/certifications in software testing are a plus
Experience
5+ years of experience in software testing and QA,
At least 2 years' experience in Supply Chain Finance projects/ Testing
At least 2 years in a lead tester role covering end to end Supply Chain Finance (SCF) system
Job Specific Skills
Proficiency in understanding & executing Testing Strategy, Test architecture, Framework and governance of SCF Products
Exposure & understanding of Temenos CORE banking versions
Proficiency in SQL, API, Postman, database management, testing tools and frameworks.
Preferred Certification / Training
Certifications in Software testing and Quality assurance e.g. Brain Bench
Functional certifications related to Banking
Generic Skills Requirements
Excellent skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word).
* Competent in Management/ Executive Presentations & Reports.
