10 years relevant experience in tendering of Electrical Distribution solutions - responsible for building services technical and commercial offers for external/internal stakeholders. - Is well embedded with the complete value chain of the business
- Agile & Resilient enough to attain Goals in defined time
- Ensure not only adherence to the process but upheld SE core values
- Lead Technical, Financial, legal, and commercial aspects of Tenders primarily but not limited to LV/MV products & equipment, protection relays, automation, and SCADA with hands on experience in leading tendering of services scope inclusive of modernization, recurring maintenance, and Digital opportunities
- Analyze complex RFQs, specifications and provide all Techno Commercial inputs to other stakeholders to arrive at informed Bid strategy.
- Define Tender strategy in coordination with different stakeholders (marketing, sales, engineering & Design, Finance and Contracts management)
- Ensure Right offer with Right pricing at Right time.
- Follow-up contract negotiation in close collaboration with opportunity leader and ensure SE business interests
- Develop and manage relations with other Business units/ Back offices in SE
- Graduate in electrical engineering
- Well versed with MV/LV equipment and protection schemes
- Knowledge of ranges of Schneider Electric obsolete and existing LV and MV spare parts, product and equipment will be a significant plus.
- Knowledge of PLC/automation and SCADA is desirable.
- Basic Knowledge of competitors ranges of product / equipment would be a plus.
- Previous experience in retrofitting of circuit breakers and protection relays would be a plus
- Basic knowledge / experience in Commercial terms / risks.
- Basic knowledge / experience in planning and logistics terms / aspects
- Fluency in English.
- Hands on experience in Microsoft office and Tendering Tools
- Knowledge of ERP systems would be a plus.
- Good Communication Skills.
