Senior Technology Sales Executive (events)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated sales person with a hunter mentality and a strong understanding of the events industry in the region. You will help us acquire new client and revenue growth targets by reaching potential clients by all means necessary. You will be responsible for maximizing sales, crafting sales plans and meeting monthly targets set by management, as well as communicating effectively with the Operations team for delivery and execution of contracted products and services.

You will focus on acquiring medium and large accounts valued at AED 100,000+ These are mostly either large events, agencies (events & marketing) and government entities, so prior experience selling to similar organisations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact Identify new business opportunities, upsell services, and meet or exceed sales targets Understand clients' event requirements, propose tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of our technology offerings Collaborate with the project and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and recommendations Prepare regular sales and account performance reports for internal review

Qualifications:



A self starter with a track record of consistently over achieving sales targets 4-5 years of proven experience in sales within the Events Industry Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field Bilingual (Arabic and English) with excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with event technology platforms or digital tools is a plus A valid UAE driver's license and access to your own car Prior experience of Sales CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar
