A. Education

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience

B. Experiences

Minimum 5 years in engineering or operational roles Familiarity with ICAP technologies, WAF, and API integrations Experience with multiple DLP technologies, upgrades, and migrations 3+ years with Opswat and SEP AV/EDR; Microsoft MDE AV/EDR 2+ years with ZScaler DLP Understanding of encryption (e.g., BitLocker) 3 relevant years in a similar role within large enterprises Strong communication skills

C. Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of Azure Security (MDE, MS DLP) is a plus Strong understanding of M365 and MS Azure Familiarity with Data Classification and Antivirus Compliance Policies Experience managing vendor and supplier relationships Ability to contribute to technology service development plans

D. Behavioral Competencies

Strategic thinking Ability to remain calm under pressure Pragmatic yet focused Understanding of project management methodologies
