Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Technician III to join our innovative team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will lead advanced technical work utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support complex construction projects.

Spearhead the development and implementation of BIM models for complex construction projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM integration Manage and coordinate BIM-related aspects of projects, including timelines and deliverables Analyze and resolve technical issues related to BIM implementation Mentor and supervise junior BIM technicians, overseeing workflow and quality control Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and best practices Participate in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queries Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in the UAE Lead continuous improvement initiatives for BIM processes and workflows

Qualifications

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in BIM technology and advanced technical work Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools Strong knowledge of construction processes, building systems, and industry standards Excellent 3D modeling and visualization skills Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations (preferred) Willingness to adapt to new technologies and innovative approaches in BIM Strong project management skills and leadership abilities Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
