Description:
An experienced Senior Technician - BMS Projects to support the BMS execution, testing, and commissioning of Building Management System (BMS) projects.Minimum Key Responsibilities:
Installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of BMS panels, controllers, field devices, and actuators Reading and interpreting BMS drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics Installation and testing of sensors (temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, etc.) Coordination with engineers, site supervisors, and other trades on-site Troubleshooting BMS hardware and field-level issues Supporting site inspections, client walkthroughs, and commissioning activities Ensuring work is completed as per project specifications, safety standards, and timelines Preparing basic site reports, checklists, and as-built updates
Requirements:
5-6 years of hands-on experience in BMS projects Strong knowledge of controllers, actuators, PICVs, valves, sensors, and control panels. Honeywell products preferred. Experience in commercial / residential / hospitality projects Ability to work independently and guide junior technicians Familiar with UAE site practices and safety regulations Good communication and coordination skills UAE experience is preferred
