What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Resolve organizational and technical issues related to providing technical support
• Allocate tasks and monitor their execution
• Maintain reports on the execution of technical support requests
• Collaborate with clients, customers, and other departments to facilitate technical support activities
• Prepare new workstations
• Register users in information systems
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Manage computer equipment and software inventory
• Participate in projects related to the company\'s IT infrastructure development, analyze and assess technical solutions
• Prepare new and update existing technical documentation for the technical support team and users
• Contribute to information security measures

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of personal computer and server architecture
• Excellent knowledge of modern hardware
• Experience working with user operating systems such as MS Windows 7, 8, 10, and Mac OS
• Basic knowledge of server operating systems
• Proficient understanding of networking technologies
