Requirements

• Lead cross functional development on new Projects from requirement through delivery
• Deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines and communicate regularly with the leadership on status, schedule, risks and change control
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple teams and vendors, navigating competing priorities
• Work with subject matter experts to lead and drive new technology initiatives and evaluations
• Develop and champion processes for efficiency and scale in our organization
• Success in this role hinges on having natural curiosity, developing a deep understanding of the product\xe2\x80\x99s use case and balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.
• Drive consensus on technical decisions and ensure the appropriate resources are employed to deliver high quality results
• Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at the project level
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical individuals
• Data and Process oriented mind set is a must
• 3-4 Years of Technical experience is a must
• 6-7 years of project management experience is a must
• Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them.
• Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk
• Cool, calm, collected and collaborative work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. Can shift readily between the "big picture\xe2\x80\x9d and the small-but-crucial details, knowing when to concentrate on each.
