Senior Technical & Estimation Engineer
Job Description
We're looking for a civil engineer with strong expertise in tendering, shop drawings, and quantity surveying during construction. You'll support the full project life cycle and prepare tender documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender & Scope Analysis.
Payment certificates.
Review BOQs, drawings, specs.
Project cost management.
Quantity Surveying during Construction
Quantity Take-Off & Civil Cost Estimation
Monitor ongoing project costs vs. budget; issue interim valuations.
Manage contract variations, change orders, and cost adjustments.
Compile monthly cost control and progress reports
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil tendering, shop drawings, technical submittals, and quantity surveying during execution.
Proficiency in BOQ take-offs, civil cost estimation, and ongoing budget monitoring.
Strong AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera MS
Project skills.
Excellent communicator with strong coordination and technical documentation capabilities.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven.
UAE driving license preferred.
