Senior Technical Design Manager : Modular/MMC Randstad is currently looking for a Senior Technical Design Manager to join the client team on a major billion dollar project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Job Responsibilities: * Develop the technical design of the modular design strategy for projects. * Ensure that the design meets all technical and design requirements. * Maintain consistency and alignment across all disciplines and packages in design and delivery. * Manage the core technical capabilities team, providing technical guidance and support. * Ensure that projects comply with all applicable regulations. * Provide technical and design advice to designers, engineers, and consultants. * Monitor design progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. * Ensure quality assurance of technical deliverables. Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelors degree or equivalent professional registration in structural engineering, architecture, or a related field. * 20+ years of technical experience on Major Projects and Programmes. * 10+ years of relevant experience for an MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) contractor.
