Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Technical Revit Architect

to lead the development of architectural projects from concept through detailed design and construction documentation. The candidate will serve as the technical authority on Revit-based workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance with codes (including Dubai Building Code and international standards), and coordination across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, coordination, and review of

detailed Revit models

, drawings, and construction documents. Ensure compliance with

Dubai Building Code, local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Civil Defence, etc.)

. Provide technical leadership in

BIM execution plans (BEP)

and maintain quality standards for project deliverables. Collaborate closely with design architects, structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to resolve coordination issues. Guide junior architects and technicians in Revit modeling standards, families, templates, and detailing. Conduct

clash detection

and oversee coordination meetings with consultants/contractors. Manage revisions, version control, and proper documentation of project data. Assist in value engineering and propose design solutions aligned with project budget, performance, and constructability. Participate in authority submissions and ensure drawings meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Architecture. Minimum

8-12 years of professional experience

, with at least

5 years in UAE/GCC

preferred. Proven expertise in

Revit Architecture (advanced level)

and BIM coordination. Strong technical background in detailing, building envelope systems, and construction methodologies. Familiarity with

Dubai Building Code, NFPA, and local authority submission procedures

(DM, Trakhees, DDA, etc.). Experience with software such as

AutoCAD, Revit is a must, Navisworks, BIM 360, and MS Office

. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead coordination meetings with consultants and contractors. Leadership skills with ability to

mentor junior team members
