Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect with extensive experience to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will take the lead in developing the approved concept design through to the completion of tender documentation. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to manage the coordination of all architectural aspects during both design and construction phases. Key Responsibilities: o Develop and refine the approved concept design, ensuring that all technical details are addressed. o Ensure building code compliance and provide safe, efficient, and effective building solutions. o Coordinate with sub-consultants, specialists, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met. o Oversee the production of architectural drawings and documents, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards. o Lead the drawing production team, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines. o Act as Project Manager to monitor project progress, ensuring it stays on schedule and within budget throughout the design phase. o Serve as Project Architect during design and construction phases, resolving any technical issues that arise. o Prepare project documentation and specifications to support construction and implementation. o Participate in the construction management team, providing ongoing support and technical guidance through the construction phase.



Requirements

Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in architectural practice, particularly in the UAE. o Good knowledge of the rules and regulations of the authorities as well as the process and procedures for obtaining their approvals. o Strong experience in managing both the design and construction phases of large-scale projects. o Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including the coordination of various technical and design disciplines. o Expertise in project documentation, technical specifications, and building codes. o Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues efficiently. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
