Job Title: Senior Team Leader Department: Telesales Job Overview: The Senior Team Leader plays a crucial role in leading, motivating, and managing a team within the organisation. They are responsible for ensuring that the team meets its goals and objectives, while fostering a positive and productive working environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. 2. Goal Achievement: Set and communicate clear goals and targets for the team, and work collaboratively to achieve them. 3. Performance Management: Regularly assess team members\' performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development. 4. Team Building: Foster a cohesive team environment by promoting collaboration, communication, and a positive team culture. 5. Project Management: Oversee and coordinate various projects within the team, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 6. Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to meet team objectives. 7. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any conflicts, issues, or challenges that may arise within the team. 8. Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance, progress toward goals, and any issues or obstacles. 9. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and facilitate ongoing skill development and knowledge enhancement. 10. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the team\'s output meets the organisation\'s quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and best practices. 11. Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the team\'s budget, including cost control and resource allocation. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (may vary depending on the industry). 2. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Demonstrated project management skills. 6. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., project management software, Microsoft Office). 7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 8.
